Hello Folks,

Over the years of working on many humanitarian and development programs, education and female empowerment has been my greatest motivation, when I left Ghana for Canada my deepest desire was to pursue fresh ideas and experiences that would allow me to continue this passionate journey. In the past year I was able to do my Post Graduate in International Development while experiencing new cultures and values in Toronto, this has not only balanced my ideas and desires to continue uplifting my community but it has also given me a chance to complete my Post Graduate placement in a different Region in Ghana.

I am happy to share with you that I will be heading to Ghana with Crossroads International partner organization, Pro-Link as their Economic Empowerment Advisor, focusing on a mandate of providing entrepreneurial skills and tools to women and girls to improve their economic autonomy. This amazing opportunity to complete my placement internationally means being a part of Crossroads International who has been fighting inequality in some of the worlds poorest nations in sub-Saharan Africa and South America for more than 60 years. Supporting women to become leaders and live free from violence is one of their key priorities and my personal passion.

Before I embark on my journey, it is also important that I contribute to Crossroads' mission by way of fundraising.
