I’m excited to raise funds in the Charity Challenge for Crossroads International and am very appreciative of YOUR support! 

I am passionate about the work of the organization to advance equal rights for women and girls, and end poverty..

Crossroads supports unique, locally-driven (they decide on the priorities, and they deliver the programs) programs related to:

• Rights of Women and Girls
• Women’s Leadership
• Economic Empowerment

I see these programs as important for us here in Canada, for no matter how far away in the world we know that locally improving the situations for girls and women has impacts around the globe. There is no better investment.

I strongly support these programs across 10 countries in the African continent with important measured results such as: reduced teen pregnancy and early marriage and higher education achievements. Women's rights and well-being are directly correlated with reduced poverty, child death, and regional conflicts and war.

My goal is to raise $7,500 in this one-time Charity Challenge.  Your contribution along with mine, no matter the amount, makes a significant impact and supports vital programs to provide counselling and leadership skills for vulnerable women and girls, educational opportunities, build their economic empowerment and advocate for equality with local governments. Together, we support lasting, positive change for entire communities.
