Welcome to My Personal Page
Dear friends,
I am thrilled to let you know that I’m joining Crossroads International on an exciting trip to Senegal next year called the Charity Challenge, and I need your help!
I have been a volunteer and support of Crossroads since 1991, when I first travelled to Africa and was able to learn more about the organization and the difference it makes. I have served in a variety of roles, including spending time on the Board and Executive Committee. I am very passionate of the work Crossroads does to advance equal rights for women and girls, and help end poverty in sub-Saharan Africa. And I am thrilled to once again be able to see first-had the impact of this work when we visit their partners in Senegal next February. All costs for this trip will be borne by the participants, not by Crossroads.
Before I head off on this journey, it is important that I contribute to Crossroads' mission by way of fundraising. My goal is to raise $15,000 before the Charity Challenge trip and I would be honored if you could join me in reaching this goal. As an added incentive to donate, I will pledge to match all donations made by you, to a maximum of $7,500.
Your contribution, no matter the amount, will make a significant impact and support vital programs to provide counselling and leadership skills for vulnerable women and girls, build their economic empowerment and advocate for equality with local governments. Together, we can create lasting, positive change for entire communities.
Please consider making a donation towards my fundraiser here and don’t hesitate to contact me for more information. You can also learn more about Crossroads on their website at www.cintl.org.
Thank you for your support. I look forward to keeping you updated this campaign. On behalf of all the people you are supporting through your gift, thank you!
Best regards,
P.S. Please take a minute right now and make a donation. Your gift will make a real difference and you can count on me to explain how.
